We work with different companies to fulfill our inventory through their dropshipping services. We have a no refund policy on every product sold. Customers are responsible for paying shipping and handling according to our website delivery fee specified. We will replace damage items for the same or similar value. Our therapeutic services or treatments have a no refund policy. A $50 same day cancellation fee will be charge for every therapeutic service or treatment you cancel on the same day of service. An informed consent will be provided to each patient to read and sign prior to a scheduled treatment. La Terra Wellness doesn't provide any treatments without a signed informed consent.
